Hamaya, headquartered in Saitama, Japan, is one of the largest used goods exporter with more than $100 million in annual sales. We have sold our merchandise to 67 countries, and export about 2300 containers a year.
When we first started our business in 1991, we built up our customer base in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East through enabling local people to access Japan-made electric appliances at an affordable price. Today, we not only deal with used goods, but our services have also expanded to waste PCBs/electronics recycling and other extensive fields.
Thirty years of efforts, raising the standard of quality in services and fostering win-win relationships with each and every of customers, have resulted in our long-lasting reputation and credibility.

Abundant selection of merchandise
Through our branches across Japan, we collect wide variety of used goods, including electric appliances, household goods, antique ornaments, furniture, bicycles, audiovisual equipment, machineries, games, computers,phones, luxury brand items, and even unsold new items.
Additionally, in order to adapt to an ever-changing trend in demand, we continuously add new items to our selections.

Extensive branch network
Our branches are located in 17 cities of Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka in the south. In each area, we purchase items from both individuals and organizations and of all sizes and scales, handling eight million pieces of items a year.
Besides the domestic branches, we have a base in Brazil, for collection and export of waste PCBs. These widespread networks are maximized to keep our stock abundant and to offer our customers many options in amount and variety.

Quick and accurate analysis technology
In order to maximize the value in waste PCBs/electronics, we have an Analysis Center, where we examine the content of precious metals. This process ensures fair and proper trade of materials with our customers.

PCBs/electronics recycling has the potential to cause hazardous impact on environment and human health when the process is taken improperly. For this reason, we closely work with qualified refinery companies, which utilize advanced technology for safe and proper operations.
